Invitation
Seminar November 12 - Brussels
The Stockholm Programme
An improved information management strategy
for the area of
'' Justice, Freedom & Security ''
Under the Swedish Presidency of the EU an ambitious framework for police, customs and law
cooperation between Member States, rescue services, asylum, migration and visa policy has
been set:
the Stockholm Programme.
The implementation of this programme will raise several questions, notably about cross-
country cooperation, data gathering and sharing and
the difficult balance between internal
security and civil liberties.
In order to discuss these topics with national and European representatives and economic
stakeholders, the Robert Schuman Foundation organises on
Thursday 12 November in
Brussels
a seminar on the theme,
''The Stockholm Programme. An improved
information management strategy for the area of Justice, Freedom & Security''.
Registration required.
