It is my pleasure to invite you to the next European Council meeting on 25-26 June 2015.
Our meeting will start as usual by an exchange of views with the President of the European
Parliament. At this occasion, and also in the presence of the Presidents of the European Central
Bank and of the Euro Group, the President of the Commission will present the report on better
economic governance in the euro area.
After the family photo, we will dedicate our first working session and the dinner to migration. We
need to do our utmost to contain the growing flows of illegal migration and to develop a balanced
and geographically comprehensive approach. At this European Council meeting, I would like us to
concentrate on three key dimensions of the Union's approach - relocation/resettlement,
return/readmission/reintegration and cooperation with countries of origin and transit. We will also
agree on the relevant part of the conclusions. At the end of the dinner Prime Minister Cameron will
set out his plans for an (in/out) referendum in the UK.

On Friday, during our second working session, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg will
explain how NATO is responding to new security challenges. We will then address the rest of the
agenda and adopt the remaining parts of the conclusions.
Taking into account his remarkable contribution to the development of the European project,
I propose that we bestow the title of "Honorary Citizen of Europe" on Jacques Delors.
I look forward to meeting you.
&Salutations
