Som det fremgår af lovforslagets afsnit 1.2, vil der blive iværksat en formidlings-
indsats med henblik på at få udbredt viden i kommunerne om reglerne for bort-
adoption.
Ministeret bemærker endvidere, at de foreslåede ændringer har samme overord-
nede formål som de gældende regler om adoption uden samtykke, nemlig at
skabe stabilitet og kontinuitet i anbragte børns opvækst gennem adoption uden
samtykke. Alle afgørelser efter adoptionsloven skal træffes ud fra hensynet til
barnets bedste, og barnets perspektiv skal belyses i hver enkelt sag.
Endelig bemærkes, at høringssvarerne ikke har givet anledning til at ændre lov-
forslaget, men at der i bemærkningerne til lovforslaget er taget højde for en
række af de kommentarer, som høringssvarene indeholder.
