lt gives us great pleasure to invite you to the Meeting of the Chairpersons of COSAC, which
will be held in Vienna as part of the parliamentary dimension of the Austrian Presidency of the
Council of the European Union.
The meeting will take place on Monday, 9 July 2018 at the interim location of the Austrian
Parliament at Hofburg Palace, preceded by a welcome dinner the evening before.
We are convinced that your participation in this event will significantly contribute to the
discussions on the priorities of the Austrian Presidency of the Council of the European Union,
as well as to the discussion on the future and perspectives of the EU.
Please find attached the draft programme of the meeting and the general information. The
registration process for the meeting and registration for the hotels along with other relevant
details are explained in the general information. Please kindly take note of the registration
