Dear Mr. Chairman, dear colleague
As the Chair of the European Affairs Committee of the Parliament of Den-
mark I would like to thank you for your letter of 14 May regarding the partici-
pation of the European Affairs Committee of the House of Lords in the CO-
SAC meetings that will be organised in 2025 during the Danish Presidency of
the EU Council.
In view of the COSAC rules of procedure and after consultations with the
Presidential Troika of COSAC, we are pleased to extend our invitation to the
House of Lords’ delegation to the meeting of the Chairpersons of COSAC on
3-4 July 2025 as well as the LXXIV COSAC plenary to be held on 30 Novem-
ber to 2 December 2025 in Copenhagen.
I sincerely hope to continue the parliamentary co-operation on European af-
fairs with the House of Lords and look forward to welcoming you to the CO-
SAC meetings in Copenhagen.
